Amy Paxson
Managing Partner
Despite her youthful appearance, Amy has over 25 years experience in marketing and advertising. Prior to co-founding VOX, Amy spent six years at Arnold Worldwide, where she was Senior Vice President, Group Account Director. There, she supervised the Bose account, managing marketing programs for the Bose Acoustic Wave Music System and Bose Wave radio. Under her leadership, the sales volume for these products experienced significant growth.
Before joining Arnold, Amy held similar positions at Hill Holliday and Rossin Greenberg Seronick, where she worked on such diverse accounts as Marshalls Department Stores, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Sperry Top-Sider shoes, and Massport.
Before relocating to Boston, Amy held the position of Vice President, Director of Advertising at FidelityFederal Bank in Los Angeles. She served as a writer and consultant in the financial industry, with clients including Coast Savings, SeaFirst Bank, INVEST, Valley Bank of Nevada, and Bank of San Pedro.
Amy is originally from the Los Angeles area. She received her BA in Theater Arts from UCLA, but the quiet, sober world of acting proved no match for the fast pace and bright lights of advertising.
