Welcome to VOX

Here you’ll find partners who work directly on your business and a team of experts from the planning, creative, digital, production, and media disciplines.  You’ll also find sharp strategic thinking, memorable creative, and a marketing partner 100% committed to your success.  In fact, we don’t want to help you meet your objectives.  We want to help you surpass them.

We’ll address all the factors that go into creating meaningful connections with your prospects and customers—from compelling creative ideas that lead people to your door, to their experience once inside.  To lay the foundation for those connections, we leverage every appropriate avenue—online, offline, on mobile, and in social media.

Since 2001, we’ve been creating similar connections with our own clients, who have entrusted us with everything from a website for a local restaurant to re-engineering the way a multi-billion dollar international healthcare giant plans and executes 300 tradeshows a year.

Sound good?  Put VOX to work for your company.

Leadership

Amy Paxson

Managing Partner

Despite her youthful appearance, Amy has over 25 years experience in marketing and advertising. Prior to co-founding VOX, Amy spent six years at Arnold Worldwide, where she was Senior Vice President, Group Account Director. There, she supervised the Bose account, managing marketing programs for the Bose Acoustic Wave Music System and Bose Wave radio. Under her leadership, the sales volume for these products experienced significant growth.

Before joining Arnold, Amy held similar positions at Hill Holliday and Rossin Greenberg Seronick, where she worked on such diverse accounts as Marshalls Department Stores, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Sperry Top-Sider shoes, and Massport.

Before relocating to Boston, Amy held the position of Vice President, Director of Advertising at FidelityFederal Bank in Los Angeles. She served as a writer and consultant in the financial industry, with clients including Coast Savings, SeaFirst Bank, INVEST, Valley Bank of Nevada, and Bank of San Pedro.

Amy is originally from the Los Angeles area. She received her BA in Theater Arts from UCLA, but the quiet, sober world of acting proved no match for the fast pace and bright lights of advertising.

Brad Pruett

Partner, Creative Director

Whether it’s designing his family’s New Hampshire cabin or laying the foundation for a new marketing campaign, Brad is happiest when he’s up to his elbows in the creative process.

Prior to co-founding VOX, Brad was Vice President, Associate Creative Director at Arnold Worldwide, where he helped build the businesses of Arbella, Bose, Jacksonville Electric Authority and MediaOne. He also helped launch Sovereign Bank’s entry into the New England market. Before that, Brad worked at Pamet River Partners, where he handled key agency clients, including MCI and Dreyfus.

Brad’s 25 years in advertising and design also include stints at Holland Mark Martin, Cabot Advertising, Hill Holliday Connors Cosmopulos, and Ingalls Advertising. At these agencies, he produced innovative, award-winning work for Polaroid, Digital Equipment Corporation, Fidelity Investments, NewEngland Telephone, Lifeline, John Hancock, The Boston Garden, State of Massachusetts Tourism, OceanSpray, and The Ground Round.

Brad received his BFA in Graphic Design from Arizona State University, then fled to Boston before the ink was dry on his diploma.

Mitch Rosenbaum

Partner, Interactive Director

As Chief Geek, Mitch supervises all interactive and systems development work for VOX clients. Mitch’s client experience includes work for Bose, MediaOne, Bell Atlantic, Sire Records, Boston Acoustics, Braid Media Arts, Northwestern University, and General Motors. His work for GM included the design of a virtual conference system projected to save the company $18 million in travel expenses. Try calculating that on a slide rule.

Prior to co-founding VOX, Mitch worked for Clearway Technologies, where he directed architecture and designed the customer experience—from the company’s launch to its acquisition. Mitch’s experience also includes help in establishing the interactive department of Arnold Worldwide. He also serves as a visiting lecturer, teaching courses in web design and development at the Art Institute of Boston.

Mitch is a Tufts graduate with a BS in Engineering Psychology (Human Factors). Mitch hails from Denver, the Mile High City, which explains his unusual body chemistry: he bleeds Bronco orange.
